Manager Qualifications/Description

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to motivate a team and reach sales goals
• Strong sense in judgment
• Work well under pressure
• Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success
• Familiar with computers and experience creating and using basic functions in Microsoft Excel and Word

The manager must show leadership, be able to motivate, be personable and must love dogs! Duties will include: responsible in handling payroll, employee scheduling, opening/closing store, hirings/firings, managing all employees, keeping books and files proper, know all aspects of operation to run the whole show, etc.

Management positions for Valencia and Glendale are available now. However, training might occur at a different store location as these stores are brand new and will open later this year. Santa Anita position is available ASAP.

Kennel Crew Qualifications/Description

• Maintain the cleanliness of the puppy's temporary home
• Properly feed and care for each puppy
• Groom and bathe each puppy
• Assist the sales associates by allowing them to show customers happy and healthy puppies in a clean environment

Being part of the kennel crew is a huge responsibility and should not be taken lightly. Each puppy is special and will need special care.

Sales Associate Qualifications/Description
Sales associates are the direct link to the customer's satisfaction. Your job will be to accommodate the customer with their needs by showing and answering questions they have towards merchandise or puppies. In order to represent the store properly, you must also keep it as clean and orderly as possible. Clean up any problem areas you see and always acknowledge and greet a nearby customer.
